What if nature had an ad agency? 

In November 2023, two climate and creativity non-profits, Glimpse and Purpose Disruptors came together to create an Agency for Nature. This first-of-its-kind initiative brought together 10 young creatives from top UK agencies The&Partnership, Amplify, Leo Burnett, Weiden+Kennedy and Oliver, to help answer one specific brief – create hype for a nature-connected life.

Agency For Nature has produced billboards, videos, books and experiences to help us fall back in love with the natural world, on a shoestring budget of just £25,000 for production. The work has been amplified across the UK by a suite of generous media partners who donated £200k of space because they believe strongly in the cause. 

The UK has the lowest level of nature connectedness in Europe. This isn’t surprising when nature has all but disappeared from pop culture, not to mention the loss of wildlife itself. We know there are lots of barriers to young people connecting more with nature - including access to green space, urban planning and inequality, to name a few. But alongside these structural challenges is a cultural one: we need to make nature feel desirable and relevant to a new generation. 

The five campaigns produced by the Agency for Nature are a kaleidoscope of creativity to help turn the tide! Out with doom, in with sex psychedelia and gaming! 

We launched this collaboration in February 2024 and in under 4 weeks have reached a whopping 10 million people.
