Kemi oversees the Corporate Reputation & Brand Purpose offering in the UK and is responsible for driving the function's overall strategic direction. This includes providing strategic counsel across the full corporate reputation landscape including ESG and sustainability, CEO and executive communications, employee engagement, public affairs and issues and crisis management. Kemi is a strong advocate of the role that the private sector can play in sustainable development, including through ESG, corporate social responsibility and purpose-driven strategies. From the technical elements of ESG right through to the creative expression of purpose, she has experience working with global businesses and across different client functions to develop strategies, project manage programmes and promote key announcements. Her expertise is amplifying meaningful messaging and shaping brand voices to advocate for change, by evolving client communications to deliver on societal impact, executive leadership, and sustainability promises. Kemi was appointed as a trustee for the OVO Foundation in December 2021 and is supporting them in developing and delivering the Foundation's future strategy that will help deliver of its vision to give all children and young people a greener, fairer future.
