Pearl is a senior strategic and creative leader, managing corporate communications at the Foundation. With over 20 years' experience working in award-winning agencies on brand, marketing, communications and PR for global clients such as Unilever, Dove, RBS, Volkswagen and Jones Lange LaSalle. She also devised charity fundraising donor development and acquisition campaigns for charities such as NSPCC, Refugee Council, RNLI and Macmillan. Pearl is passionate about social impact, improving healthcare, innovation youth voices and DEI. She is a Board Trustee of the charity Health Services Research UK.
