Premila Puri

Premila Puri, born and raised in Mumbai and the Netherlands, is a London based film producer championing entertaining and socially impactful film and tv content. Her multi-award winning short film ITSY was a catalyst to her award winning charity, Be Kind Movement's Kindness in School Programme™ that utilizes the power of films to transform children's social and emotional learning experiences. Her short films have qualified at several Oscar and Bafta qualifying festivals. A BAFTA Connect member and an alumni of Rotterdam Film Lab 2014, Premila is currently a finalist at the prestigious British Diversity Awards, Best Asian Women Awards in the Arts and Culture category and IIW She Inspires Awards 2024 for Outstanding Educational Role Model.
