Seb leads on external communications for the Rail Delivery Group, which represents the companies running Britain's railways. During the pandemic he has spearheaded the national role out of the life-changing Rail to Refuge scheme, helped to coordinate the rail industry's presence at COP26 and designed and delivered a research project to illustrate rail's value to the nation's recovery from Covid.
