Svetlana Leu PR Leader Europe, Gensler With over 10 years' experience of working in the arts and culture sector, Svetlana is a cultural strategy and communications specialist with a passion for diversity and representation. Svetlana has worked agency-side with global luxury and lifestyle brands, museums and cultural organisations including Audemars Piguet, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Roundhouse. Svetlana was previously Head of Communications and Partnerships at CIRCA, where she led a national campaign for a commemorative film in honour of the Windrush Generation which has been shortlisted for the 2024 British Diversity Awards. Svetlana is also Vice Chair of the Board at Culture& and a Trustee at Mimosa House.
